zOMGies 2 is out now on Newgrounds! The development cycle was a bit fragmented (we started this is November and I did Sushi Cat 2, ele quest, corp Inc and a load of other games in between), but I'm really pleased with how the game turned out and its got a great response across the web. My band had our first gig on Saturday night which was massively fun! We managed to get a support slot at the Oxford o2 Academy which is a decent size and everything went very smoothly - we got loads of amazing feedback! I'm massively excited about the band at the moment, soon we will have a website and EP (which is sounding fantastic) and other exciting things online but for now here's a clip from the gig! We covered Killswitch Engages cover of Dio's Holy Diver for our final song :)

I'm working on a few different games at the moment, ALL of which are looking really awesome! For now, here's a screen from a new racing game with LongAnimals - more about this soon!

Soviet Rocket Giraffe Go Go Go! is out now on Newgrounds! Another crazy idea by Jmtb02 - gotta love how all his games turn out. This one is also available on iPhone so grab it now!

I've been doing lots of pixel art recently - really enjoying the process so expect to see some pixel games soon! For a more stuff on that check out my latest blog entry.

Elephant Quest is up on Newgrounds now! Go play! It turned out incredible, jmtb02 did a fantastic job creating a fun and immersive world, massive props to him for pulling it all together!

I've also been working on two new iPhone conversions for Armor, they are fairly small but both look great, expect to see them soon!

ON TOP OF ALL THAT i've got a new game going with LongAnimals, its a totally new genre from what i'm used to but its very exciting to see how fast its been coming together - i'll post more about this real soon :) I swear we will make penguinz 2 after this.

EDIT: WOOT Sushi Cat 2 just won 3rd best game of March! This is awesome news, thanks to everyone that voted!

Finally sorted my life out and got a shiny new portfolio website up with all my games on - go check it out!

Happy with how it turned out, ill be updating regularly with blog posts on upcoming projects so be sure to check back from time to time!

As for other stuff, the Giraffe game with Jmtb02 is all finished now and has turned out much better than I could have ever imagined! its kind of like Canabalt but in my opinion loads more fun! Keep a look out for that, its getting a multiplatform release so be excited!

Zomgies 2 is also all but finished, we just need to go through the sponsorship process and then it'll be released! This one turned out fantastically too - the last shooting game I did was the original zomgies which was over a year ago now, so its great to get back to what I love and see the improvement! We ended up spending a lot longer than we initially anticipated adding more features and polish - its easily one of my most EPIC games to date!

Armor Games finally released Demolition City for the iPhone! You can download it for free here!

I actually finished the art for this one last summer, but AG decided to spend extra time polishing it and got an "iPhone guru" in to make it really shine! It turned out very nicely, go download it, its a great time killer and free FOR NOW!

I also worked onSplitter Pals which was released recently, go check it out if you like physics puzzlers like Cut The Rope!

I found some totally awesome Sushi Cat plushies through google by the brilliant Cindy Davies on her site Random-charm.com! I left a comment saying how great I thought they were and she emailed offering to send me one over! Couldn't be happier, I love him SOO much! Currently working on a Sushi Cat poster to send over to her in return :)

Quick project with The-EXP, its a fresh twist on the distance genre. See how far you can jump off the swing, earn money for upgrades and pogo your way to victory! It turned out to be a really satisfying experience, check it out!

Elephant Quest

This has been in the pipeline for a month or so now, and has finally been released! jmtb02's latest elephant game, with updated graphics by me! Its a kind of fast paced platformer RPG, and turned out a really wonderful little game! John is the master of polish and I couldnt be happier with the final product. Go play Elephant Quest!

This game is one of my proudest achievements, Its rare that I'm overly happy with how my games look, but this turned out everything I could have hoped for. Some of the cutscenes are a bit rough around the edges but I spent so long on them already that I couldn't afford to do everything I wanted. Anyway, I'm happy! Keep a look out for it here on Newgrounds!

In other news my elephant game with jmtb02 should be out some time next week - its taken a little longer than expected but I promise it'll be worth the wait!

I'm also working on a new tossing game with the-EXP which I'm excited about. I've always wanted to work with tony and the game has come together really fast and looks great, I'm especially happy with the trees and clouds :)
