I guess you mean having all that blood stay there will cause lag, but actually it adds very little strain on the CPU at all, as all the blood is drawn to a bitmap when it hits the floor. It means stuff doesnt have to disappear which is awesome :)
Itll be smoother than Penguinz, some people seemed to have some issues with lag on that.
